  1. I have difficulties using some fronts.

    When I drag a front onto a grid a red blinking X appears and the dragged front disappears. This happens when you try to drag a front onto a wrong sized grid. Comment: Enlarge or scale down the grid size, or choose a smaller size front.

  2. Can I save my creation?

    You can always go back to your creation by typing in the Furniture ID, which you can find in your order inquiry form. You can quit the inquiry at any time.

  3. Why can’t I combine hole grid with fronts?

    At present you can only choose one front-type per grid. A whole grid works technically the same way as a front. We are working on an update which will have this function integrated.

  4. Can I order furniture directly over artmodul.com?

    You can always make an order inquiry over artmodul.com. You will receive an offer from a dealer near you. Your dealer will be happy to give you advice, should you have any questions regarding your configuration, or should you require special sizes. Keep your Furniture ID, which you can find in your order inquiry.

  5. Are all my possible configurations available?

    Basically yes. There are few exceptions (certain combinations of materials and accessories) that are not available due to technical reasons. Your dealers will advice you, should your configuration contain such combinations.

  6. I have difficulties using some materials

    When I drag a material onto a side or front grid element of my furniture a red blinking X appears and the dragged material disappears.

    This happens when you try to combine a large grid element with a front out of glass.

    Solution: Scale down the grid size, or choose a different front material.

  7. Can I have multiple furniture combinations
    within the same configuration?

    No, apart from tables this does not work at the moment.

  8. Circulation of the Furniture ID.

    I would like to show my furniture to a friend. Can I pass on my Furniture ID?

    Solution: Yes. No problem.

  9. What are special shapes?

    Some table of special sizes are custom built and are not part of the standard program. Prices and options are individual.
